I know it is late but hey that's life in our world. Local Family and friends, you get the digital version of our Christmas card. We do love you and are glad to have you around, but it is just unfair to lie and say you will get our late Christmas card in the mail, you might, but chances are this is it! For those who live far away, your chances are much better, and yet in case reality intervenes here you all are: MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR!
As far as news goes...we had a great year. Gary still works very hard and got a new calling in our Ward (Church area) that requires a lot of attention and time, but he loves it and we love him for it. I recently was released from my calling which is a great blessing for our family on Sundays as we no longer have to tag-team the one day we should be sitting around enjoying each other. The girls are still crazy and very active. Ansley loves school and to ride her bike. She had a rough year as two more very dear friends moved away. The most traumatic being Kegan, her knight in shinning armor. They talk on the phone, draw pictures for each other and the cutest thing for this love-struck couple is that on a phone call early in the month, Kegan asked what Ansley wanted for Christmas and her sweet response was "I want you to come back to be with me and play all day!" Well how can two moms (also traumatized from losing their best friend) not grant that Christmas wish. The Jones came down for the a few days the week before Christmas and Ansley and Kegan got their wish. Miranda and Cate also were as happy as could be and Ellie, while not impressed that Liam was around, ran straight for Andrea and would not leave her side all weekend. That made our Christmas this year. Miranda is learning her letters and loves her tumbling class. Ellana is working on using the potty and is as full of spunk as ever. We have had a good year her in Oregon, which might be our last here, and look forward to the new year! We hope that you all are very happy and well. We love all of you and again WISH YOU A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR!
